Tower 500 is a 2001 Pierce Aerial 6-man cab. It was purchased in 2001 to replace former Ladder 500, an aerial scope. It has a 1500 Gallon Per Minute pump with a 2000 Gallon Per Minute waterway and has the ability to pump to other apparatus, pump through its 95' aerial main and / or pump to crosslay hoses that are preconnected to the truck.

Roslyn Fire Company uses Tower 500 for ladder and truck operations, high angle rescues and is set up for RIT Team Assignments. The Tower has a 200 gallon tank and can extend up to 95 feet vertically.
