The Roslyn Fire Company was dispatched
to call number 98 at approximately
01:47 hours for a reported dwelling fire
with flames and smoke showing from the rear
of a residence on the 1700 block of Arnold Ave.

PD went on location reporting the rear of
the house well off, attempting extrication
of at least one occupant.

Crews from 500,100, 300 and 10 began an interior
attack but were pushed back by deteriorating conditions
and heavy fire throughout.

All interior units were evacuated at 02:02 hours.

The fire was placed under control at 03:00 hours.
